All case studies
Slotenmaker Dang — Google clicks up 181% for an Antwerp locksmith
slotendang.beSlotenmaker Dang is a 24/7 locksmith covering Antwerp and the surrounding towns, with a 4.9-star rating from 147 Google reviews. The Dutch-language site had grown page by page: its navigation and footer were injected by JavaScript, so half of the internal links were invisible in the HTML Google reads first, eleven pages had no links pointing at them, and the blog index listed only 7 of its 42 articles. Search Console showed around 40,000 impressions stuck at positions 11 to 20.
Affordable Car Key — a site 91% lighter and its best month of clicks on record
affordablecarkey.co.ukAffordable Car Key is a mobile auto locksmith in Croydon covering South London and Surrey. The site ranked, but on a phone it was close to unusable: the mobile homepage weighed 9.08MB and its main content took 39.6 seconds to appear. Most of that weight came from an icon font loaded in full to draw 49 icons, and hero photographs saved as PNGs. The site had also grown to 167 pages, many of them near-identical town and brand pages competing with each other.
Take Me Elsewhere — from a six-page Wix site to 41 pages built for London search
takeme-elsewhere.co.ukTake Me Elsewhere collects waste across London and runs logistics for TV and film productions, with caged vans, trailers and on-set clearances. Their Wix site had six real pages, a leftover template page published alongside them, the wrong country and currency in its settings, and service pages that shared most of their content. There was nothing for Google to rank in the boroughs they actually work in.
Affordable Locksmith Crawley — 78 pre-rendered pages written against real search data
expertautolocksmithcrawley.co.ukAffordable Locksmith Crawley is a mobile auto locksmith covering Crawley, Gatwick and the Surrey–Sussex border. The previous site on the domain built every page in the browser from one shared JavaScript shell, with no structured data. Search Console showed it already ranked first or second for searches like “locksmith” and “car key cutting”, but the listing gave people no reason to click: 31,384 impressions over 90 days produced 124 clicks, a 0.40% click-through rate.
Lockstead Locksmith — 4.5× the search impressions across South London
lockstead.co.ukLockstead is a mobile locksmith based in Sutton covering South London and north Surrey, with no shopfront. Before the rebuild the site was getting around 1,600 search impressions a month, mostly beyond page three, with an average position of 41. Outside Sutton itself, it had almost nothing for Google to show in the neighbourhoods the team drives to every day.
Pure Mint Cleaning — a 67-page site that turns 92 five-star reviews into quote requests
pureminttoday.caPure Mint Cleaning cleans offices, shops, restaurants, gyms and new builds across Calgary, and has a 5.0 rating from 92 Google reviews. The website had to turn that reputation into enquiries: a page for each type of facility, coverage of every quadrant of the city, and a quote form a busy facilities manager could fill in within a minute.
Global Supermarket — one site for a Calgary grocery and its wholesale business
vanaafrica.caGlobal Supermarket sells Ethiopian and Eritrean groceries from its store on 37 Street SE in Calgary, and runs a wholesale import and export business under VANA Africa. The existing site was built for trade buyers, so a shopper looking for berbere, teff or a jebena landed on wholesale product sheets with nothing about visiting the shop.
JJ Prime Clean Solutions — a commercial cleaning site covering all 32 London boroughs
jjprimecleansolutions.co.ukJJ Prime Clean Solutions cleans offices, showrooms, shops and hospitality venues across London, usually before opening or after close. A facilities manager comparing contractors wants the same few answers straight away: which sectors they clean, which boroughs they cover, what hours they work, and whether they are insured. The site needed to answer all of that before anyone had to pick up the phone.
UK Window Coverings Manufacturer — from buried on page two to a growing daily search channel
A UK-based, made-to-order window coverings manufacturer had the reputation and product quality to compete with anyone in their space, but almost none of it showed up in Google. Years of strong word-of-mouth and repeat business hadn't translated into organic search visibility, and newer competitors with better-optimised sites were picking up searches this business should have been winning.
