Affordable Locksmith Crawley — 78 pre-rendered pages written against real search data
Affordable Locksmith Crawley is a mobile auto locksmith covering Crawley, Gatwick and the Surrey–Sussex border. The previous site on the domain built every page in the browser from one shared JavaScript shell, with no structured data. Search Console showed it already ranked first or second for searches like “locksmith” and “car key cutting”, but the listing gave people no reason to click: 31,384 impressions over 90 days produced 124 clicks, a 0.40% click-through rate.
Approach
What we did
- Rebuilt the site as 78 pages delivered as plain HTML: services, pricing, 30 car-brand pages and town pages across Crawley, Gatwick and the Surrey–Sussex border, each with its own metadata and schema.
- Rewrote every title and description against the real Search Console queries, leading with the 24-hour, Gatwick and Horley searches the old site barely used.
- Redirected the old URLs to their new equivalents so existing rankings carried across to the rebuilt pages.
- Pulled the business's real details from its Google Business Profile into the site and its LocalBusiness schema, so the website and the map listing match.
