Case study · Waste & film logistics
Take Me Elsewhere — from a six-page Wix site to 41 pages built for London search
Take Me Elsewhere collects waste across London and runs logistics for TV and film productions, with caged vans, trailers and on-set clearances. Their Wix site had six real pages, a leftover template page published alongside them, the wrong country and currency in its settings, and service pages that shared most of their content. There was nothing for Google to rank in the boroughs they actually work in.
Approach
What we did
- Rebuilt the site from scratch in Next.js with every image self-hosted, removed the Wix dependency entirely, and moved the domain across with redirects from the old Wix URLs.
- Wrote dedicated pages for each service (rubbish removal, household, construction, film and TV, trailers, large spaces and gardens) and 19 borough pages for rubbish removal, built from the client's own keyword research.
- Built a quote builder in the hero that collects waste type, volume and postcode, then sends the job straight to WhatsApp.
- Added LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and breadcrumb schema across the site, validated with zero errors, plus an llms.txt file so AI search tools can read the business correctly.
